N.M.T. Academy
N.M.T Academy (Nanikram Menghraj Trust Academy) was established in 1970 by Late Shri Nanikram Menghraj & Late Shri Kishinchand Mulchandani to help children from Sindhi families who were displaced due to partition to get an English medium-quality education.
As of today, N.M.T. Academy is a co-ed institution that has 900 students from diverse backgrounds. Situated at Lamington Road in Central Mumbai, it occupies 4 floors and consists of 25,000 sq ft of area. NMT Academy has Pre-Primary, Primary, and Secondary Sections offering Classes from Nursery to Std 10.
The classrooms in N.M.T. Academy are equipped with smart boards. It also boasts of an in-house canteen that provides children with healthy and nutritious food.

NMT as an institute, the camaraderie, and the teachers taught me that the sky is the limit, and I took that literally as I took my pilot license in 1985 in India and recently received my pilot’s license in the U.S.
My school has been one of the most memorable parts of my life right from Nursery till 10th standard. My educational and spiritual journey from home till Oxford was undoubtedly shaped by the solid foundation that my school provided me with.
